• Subscription Frequency:
  You can choose to receive your subscription order every 30, 60, or 90 days. This flexibility allows you to customize the frequency based on your individual needs.
• Payment and Notifications:
  You will receive a notification after your credit card has been charged on the day of your subscription renewal. Please note that your order will be processed after the payment has been successfully made.
• Swapping or Adding Products:
  We understand that your needs may change over time. You have the option to swap or add products to your existing subscription. • Skipping or Pausing Subscription:
  You can easily skip or pause a subscription order. To do this, log into your iCare Naturals account on our website and use the manage subscription function. Alternatively, you can email our support team at info@icarenaturals.com, and they will assist you in processing your request.
• Changing Shipping Address:
  If you need to change your shipping address, you can do so through the manage subscription function on our website. Log into your iCare Naturals account and update your shipping information. • Subscription Cancellation:
  Should you wish to cancel your subscription, you have two options:
  a. Log into your iCare Naturals account on our website and use the manage subscription function to cancel your subscription. Steps to cancel are annotated below:
  - Login to your iCare Naturals account.
  - Click on ‘Manage Subscriptions
  - Click on your active subscription.
  - Click on ‘Cancel Subscription’ located at the end of the page.
  - You will receive a notification informing you that your subscription order has been cancelled.
  b. Email our support team at info@icarenaturals.com, and they will process your cancellation request.
• Cancellation Charges:
  Subscription orders can only be cancelled after your 2nd subscription order has been processed. To avoid any charges, please ensure that you cancel your subscription at least 14 days prior to your subscription renewal date. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in your next subscription order being charged. However, your subscription will be cancelled for any future orders.
• Refunds for Recent Orders:
  iCare Naturals offers a 100% hassle-free return policy for our valued customers within 14 days of the invoiced date. To receive a full refund, the product must be unopened and in saleable condition. Please note that you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
• Order Assistance without Account Access:
