SHIPPING & RETURNS
- All orders after being processed are delivered within 1-7 business days except for remote or difficult to serve locations.
- All orders are typically mailed using Canada Post.
- We provide FREE economy shipping in Canada, excluding remote & difficult to serve locations, for all orders of $35 CAD (before taxes and shipping) or higher.
- We also provide express shipping within Canada, excluding remote and difficult to serve locations, additional shipping cost applies.
- We also provide FREE shipping for the United States for orders of $150 CAD (before tax and shipping) or higher.
- Shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice
- Additional shipping fee may be applied for oversize and / or bulk orders. www.icarenaturals.ca will always contact a customer for any such charges.
Remote & difficult to serve locations
“Remote & Difficult to serve locations” are the locations that are considered an “Air Stage Location” by Canada Post. See a Remote Locations List here. Remote location is not eligible for Express shipping.

Order Cancellation/Denial by iCare Naturals
iCare Naturals reserves the right to deny and/or cancel any orders after placement at its sole discretion. icarenaturals.ca will notify you via e-mail, the email address given during checkout, regarding any order cancellation. In case your order is cancelled, icarenaturals.ca will not be obligated to fulfill/ship your order. However, after the order is cancelled, iCare Naturals will refund the money as per original payment method used during checkout.
Orders may be denied and/or cancelled in whole, or in part by iCare Naturals including but not limited to any the following reasons:
- Unreachable or public shipping addresses;
- Unavailability of the products;
- Product recalls;
- Errors within orders;
- Fraudulent orders suspected by iCare Naturals fraud prevention department
Order Cancellation by customers
An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped from iCare Natural's warehouse. In the event, the order is in the processing phase, a $5 cancellation fee will be charged for re-stocking the cancelled order.
The following refund policy applies to all products except for those that have their own refund policies listed within the product description.
iCare Naturals offers 100% hassle-free return policy to our valued customers within 14 days of the invoiced date. However, to get a full refund, the product MUST be unopened and is in sellable condition. Furthermore, buyers will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to get a full refund.
Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
